From the initial phone call, in regards to my enquiry, to collecting my new vehicle James gave the best service. He has a very friendly manner and went above and beyond to make sure I received the best service. James listened to what I wanted in my new car and helped me choose the perfect one for me. Quick efficient service. I used to dread dealing with services and garages before coming to Audi. You make the process very simple and hassle free. You're staff are respectful, professional and always very pleasure to speak with. I was taken care of by a gentleman call Mark Cheetham, and he was everything I would want from your service team.The options to select and pay for additional items/products needed online and via Bumper has made the already brilliant aftercare package even better.
