James Custan was the best sales person we met on visiting dealers of various marques. Listened carefully and explained clearly the various options. We didn't go ahead with a test driver as we preferred the design of a different car.

Friendly and professional throughout enquiry stages, and arranged 2 test drives of models being considered within preferred timescale.

Couldn’t have asked for a better service from Graeme. Regardless of whether I take the car in question or not I will be back at some to purchase an Audi from Graeme Wardale.

Very good service by Alan Dimmick. Didn't end up purchasing a car for a couple of reasons but the friendly service we received will make me go back to Newcastle Audi for sure.

Good selection of vehicles available, Josh had a requested vehicle ready to test drive on our arrival and also made an alternative vehicle available on request. Having previously bought an Audi from this dealership I know flexibility on price is usually available so little disappointed that was not the case this time.
