You should get a copy of the extra notes you put for the service team so that you have a proof of the things that you added while doing the online check-in.Mark Cheetham took care of my car repairs and kept me updated. Even though the repairs took few months to get fixed due to unavailablity of courtesy car, but it has now been correctly completed.

It was easy to use and I was able to satisfy myself that everything would be simple on the day ,which was true.I had done everything I could on line. took the car in at 8.00am.The receptionist was expecting me, transferred me over to the service department. The lady checked my details and confirmed what I wanted done. She informed me they would keep in touch throughout the day. The information on the mobile phone was excellent in tracking the cars movements through its service. Car ready at 1.00pm. This was great. My previous Mercedes used to take till after 5.00pm . Car was parked ready to go. Delighted with the efficiency of it all.
