Owen Blenkinsop went above and beyond for us. He really made us feel comfortable, listened to and really wanted the best outcome for us. We had sensitive topics to discuss and he was so understanding. He was super friendly, asked the right questions and we got the outcome we wanted. The communication and customer service has been amazing. Can not thank him and Newcastle Audi enough.

You should get a copy of the extra notes you put for the service team so that you have a proof of the things that you added while doing the online check-in.Mark Cheetham took care of my car repairs and kept me updated. Even though the repairs took few months to get fixed due to unavailablity of courtesy car, but it has now been correctly completed.
