Service history could be seen on the app and previous services with my A4 were printed out for me to keep.Craig Russell, my service advisor dealt with my previous issues at servicing 1 month ago very well. He was polite and professional. He advised me on how to remedy small paintwork damage on drivers door and gave me a touch up kit to get started. Overall a good experience at Audi service
