James explained everything to us and was always available to answer questions when needed. His professional approach we very much appreciated and made the experience hassle free.

I was contacted by Audi to arrange the booking. I had to ring to rearrange and that was sorted immediately. The online check-in was simple to use.The booking, check-in, greeting at the Garage, Technicianwork were all brilliant. My only slight negative is that car wash, vacuum and cleaning was not 100%. I appreciate that this is a courtesy service but I still expect it to be of the same high standard as everything else from Audi.
