Good service.George was excellent.He even mentioned new car sales for me which is a first. I’ve never been asked about changing my car. I always feel this is a missed opportunity for sales you have a captive audience when people are waiting for repairs or service etc.

I can understand it which is so important for me. I'm not good with technology but this was easy and helpfulThe car was in with Audi for over a week and they found several faults. It was most probably easier for me to hear that than it was for Craig to tell me. He was great friendly, efficient and sympathetic. The car came back gleaming. Obviously this cost us a lot of money but we trust you and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you.

On entering you're greeted by a happy smiling member of staff who is professional and accommodating. The service tram delivered on what they promised and the service was good with my car issues addressed quickly.
