Simple really everything was explained

I was able to get an appointment at the dealer Audi in Scotswood road rather easily, as opposed to ring the Service Switchboard. The car was looked at and valeted rather swiftly.

I had an appointment with another sales rep but they were busy; however another one stepped-in and he was really helpful. They didn’t have a car with the engine I was looking for to test drive, but that couldn’t be helped. The test drive I did A1 30TFSI gave me a good indication of the handling and braking of the car I was interested in A1 35TFSI.

When service light came on car Audi Newcastle must know somehow and they phoned me to book in which was excellent. Check in online easy. Only worry was 5 week waiting time in which I did another 3000 miles.The experience was hassle free. Courtesy car waiting as promised and very nice car too. All works done, car all washed and collected at promised time.
