I made a booking for Scotswood road but the person taking the booking put it down as Tyneside Audi @ the Silverlink. I did not spot this error on the reminder text messages. When I arrived at Scotswood Road (Newcastle Audi) the error was found. Despite being fully booked Gavin (the service manager at Newcastle Audi) took my car in & sorted my issues. Therefore I did not have to miss the events I have planned to do in Newcastle.

My sales rep Dominic was absolutely fantastic and made the whole process painless from start to finish, I've always been very knowledgeable with cars and Dom matched that expertise and answered any questions I had about specification and specific options on the models with no hesitation with accuracy and friendliness.Dom always made time for me with emails and made sure to follow up calls quickly if he wasn't available.Unfortunately Dom wasn't able to make it for delivery day due to annual leave but has checked on post-delivery to make sure everything was as expected and I couldn't be happier.
