Easy to useQuite difficult to find the entrance to showroom and parking can be trickyCustomer service is wonderful and Mark from the service group looked after me very well, friendly, honest and kept me up to date with what was going on and what was neededUnlike my last car provider it’s not so easy to get a courtesy car so that hampered me slightly as could not get the car back till the following day but I got lifts from kind friends.The only issue was that the two new tyres had not had the pressure set correctly so driving up to Scotland, an alarm came on saying there was loss of tyre pressure and I had to wait for a few hours in Kelso before I could correct the pressures and set them in my MMI. I maybe thought that would have been done when the tyres were changed?Overall I enjoyed my experience and I preferred going to the scotswood Road branch vs the silver link branch for convenience and the whole experience.
