Poor service. The car was advertised online and none of the salesmen seemed to know where the car was. They eventually located the car. I asked for a video of the car and received a 19 second video of the car that an Audi employee seemed to have taken in their personal driveway. I am yet to receive a follow up call about the car which would lead me to believe that it was never for sale. I received much better service elsewhere.

I was just after a test drive and spoke to a very helpul chap called Tony Foley who said I could contact him direct to arrange a test drive. I haven’t done this yet but will be doing so in the next few weeks.

Adam was very helpful during the process of buying our new car, he was friendly but professional and NOT a pushy salesperson which is my pet hate!My one irritant which was nothing to do with Adam was ‘the process’ and us not being aware that theoretically the car could be taxed in advance as we had a huge problem trying to insure the car with no tax which turned out to be impossible until that was finally done which in the mean time caused a lot of wasted hours and unnecessary stress!

Enquiry about a RS3 Hatchback the salesman said he would get back to me he didn’t I made another enquiry and still waiting for a reply so I went elsewhere

I was nervous as this was a big purchase for me personally and my current car a Honda Cicvic bought from new was now 10 years old .My Honda was in immaculate condition with just over 42.000 miles on the clock a full service history and one very carful lady owner .So it was more of a question do I really need to or want to buy a new car ?Whilst waiting for a salesman I was given a cuppa and biscuit which just helped settle my nerves .Paul Hicks introduced himself within minutes and from there I felt very comfortable talking to Paul explaining what I was looking and being very specific about what I wanted ie :smaller car , automatic , black , heated seats and not to complicated .I told Paul I was intending to look at other garages / cars BMW / Mercedes /Corsa before making a decision .Paul agreed this was sensible and whilst he did not put any pressure on me he was able to show me what he was able to offer meeting my specific requirements.The rest is history , Paul showed me Audi A1 Streamline in showroom , took me on a test drive in the automatic model as I had always driven manual cars and was able to give me along with his manger Dominic enough finical information to consider .I didnt as I had intended look at other cars on the day as I was 💯 impressed with the Audi A1 model , it met my every need and the customer service from Paul Dominic and the team at Audi made me feel comfortable and confidentI didn’t purchase on the day but did return within in week to buy the car .Moving on I was kept fully informed by Paul on the build of car progress status and when I would expect the car to shipped from the factory in Barcelona.I picked my new car up 15 January 2026 with an unveiling ceremony which was a nice touch .And I can confidently say I made the right decision with the help of Paul Dominic and the team at Audi .I would have every confidence in referring anybody to consider Audi at Scotswood should they be looking to change it purchase a car .Kind regards to allShirley Youern

Disappointing.I made my enquiry from an online advert I saw. Initially however I typed in an enquiry of interest for A5 and A3 instead of Q5 and Q3 I immediately corrected this enquiry and in particular I enquired about a specific Q5 which was shown as being available at your site and requested a test drive.I received a return phone call and about the Q5 I was told it was now sold.I asked if there was any other Q5 or Q3 available and was told to go back on the website and have a look. To be fair I was also told the person who rang me would also have a look and get back to me with availability.1. I never got that follow up call.2. I decided why would I look again to see what was available as I'd already done that and although it showed available I was informed it wasn't so I wasn't going to waste my time any further.I will continue me search elsewhereRegardsMr.Patton
