It's easy to use the only downside is, that it doesn't show you which type of service you would need based on your last visit and service plan. Hence why I telephoned to arrange the service rather than booked it online. I did, however, check in online which is quite easy.There was no one on reception on arrival and no staff floating. Eventually someone came over from the far desk to help and then went looking for staff. There were several customers came in just after me and they had the same experience. This is very unusual for Audi as normally there are quite a few staff around to help and certainly staff on reception.

Overall it was a nice experience.but I was not happy getting with the advisory on my mot .it was engine covers and under trays obscuring components. The only people to work on my car is your work shop.so if they were not fitted properly it was down to your micanics.i could not question this because the mot certificate was left in the car and I did not read it until I got home.
