It’s was very poor the first sales assistant didn’t seem interested he rang me we spoke I told him the price I was looking and laughed don’t think so look on we buy any car and it will be around 8k I did and it was £10230 so he never looked and said he I’ll ring back the next day he didn’t I did he was on holiday for a week communication was not at all good as we had to make all the follow ups calls except a few were we was told we would get a call and nothing then we would ring and busy forgot it seems everyone ants to sell new car on finance we didn’t want any it was only James that saved the day and we never got to look at any mots I found them on car checker with advisories font nearside disc pitted or grooved it had new rear discs and all new tyres front discs not replaced

Having been in the motor trade for 57 years as a proprieter it was good to meet Neil curtis from Audi newcastle (SALES). Neil is professional and a man of his word .I will not hesitate to use newcastle Audi in the future.Thank you.
