Although easy to navigate through the sections to be completed, the electronic signature is 'difficult'. Suggest that a typed name only would suffice on the completed electronic document.Very helpful receptionist and Service team members. Listened and understood the minor concerns and resolved accordingly.

Get personalised service by the dedicated service assistant, which is generally the same person every time, unless they decide to leave! Jo was of great assistance, the arrangement of a car loan was fantastic, it was all smooth! Everything was done as instructed and agreed! 👍

Works well but not sure it saves any time on dropping car off.Good communication. Quick service one at the garage.The one downside is because it was a non urgent problem I had to wait nearly 4 months to have repair and was only done on second visit to garage
