Easy to use. Saves on time and makes Audi Newcastle easy to do business with.I was very happy with the service I received from Audi Newcastle. A 5 star overall experience during my recent service visit. The service was friendly, efficient and welcoming. I was seen to immediately on arrival, offered refreshments and seated in a comfortable waiting area. Nice to be kept update too through text notifications, in person and via the videos. I chose a waiting appointment and would probably do that again due to the service I received, thanks!
