I have had a problem with the charging menu on my Audi q4 etron since November. The charging menu does not allow me to set any timers so i cannot benefit from cheaper charging at night or set the aircon for the morning. Audi Newcastle have had the car at least 3 times and always said the charging works. I am pretty sure they plug the car in and it charges so they don't investigate the timer issues. The car has came back today after a software issue and again they haven't fixed charging timer problem. It's quite annoying that Audi either won't fix the car or pretend they have fixed it even more so when an etron forum i have had to find online myself are saying its quite common problem that audi are aware of it. Google ai are saying Q4 charging issues are often caused by a known bug (TPI 2075834/9). I would like this issue fixed or if you can't fix it admit the car is faulty, the car is on PCP so I assume I have some protection from the credit provider.
