Not a very enthusiastic sales team, no desire to sell me the car.Since my test drive i have enquired about 2 other cars through email to salesman Daniel Blythe, and he has not even had the decency to acknowledge and get back to me.I am still after an Audi car, but my poor experience with Newcastle Audi has left a bitter taste with me!

I enquired about the options of upgrading my car and was told someone would call me to discuss my options on Thursday 2nd April but I’ve not received anything since.

I asked about potentially ending my PCP early, with Newcastle Audi purchasing my car from me. Was told they’d love to buy it, then tried selling me a q4. When I wasn’t interested in the q4, heard nothing further about selling car a4 back to Newcastle Audi.

I was told I could communicate via email, and I ended up getting no response. I was in the position to come and buy in cash instantly, and if the questions were answered and had the answers I wanted I would have placed a deposit immediately.

Provided configurator code and requested cost for like for like replacement as my current Audi pcp ends in a few months.Never heard back. Was a customer of this dealership for 20 years!

Having arranged to view a car with you and paid a £500 to reserve a viewing I was informed one hour into a 4 hour trip to you that the car had been chipped. Whilst I appreciate your honesty I would have expected a main dealer selling an own brand car to have put this vehicle through stringent and comprehensive testing and inspection before advertising the vehicle. I was very disappointed not to have the opportunity to examine this vehicle but also not to have this information earlier in the purchase process.Even more disappointing is 6 working days after I was told my £500 reservation deposit would be returned I have still not received it
