The whole process was made quick and easy by Jack who was a pleasure to deal with. He gave great advice and was really friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the easy handover and extremely thankful and surprised with the gifts from Audi so thank you again for that it was a lovely touch. The car has been amazing to drive, the only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the inside cleaning of the car could have been more thorough. Also, I had an issue with the recorded mileage on the documentation but all in all had a great experience.
