The whole experince was excellent from the moment we walked into the showroom and spoke to the reception to the sales executive James who put us at ease with his friendly, approachable yet professional manner. He was knowlegeable and gave us options and information without being pushy.

Very professional throughout my visit. They informed me it may be up to 2 hours. In fact it was about 30 mins. Loren was very helpful in programming my car panel.

Generally very good. Booking in on line seems to make no difference in hand over time once at garage.Good communication and service.Frustrated I had to rebook my car in for further appointment despite making you aware of the problem right from when first booked.
