Mot went very smoothly

Lauren in service was excellent and dealt with me with speed and courtesy. Craig was also excellent and very print with an excellent manner. The only reason it wasn’t five stars was because the receptionist was quite sharp with me and had a bit of an attitude which I didn’t appreciate.

It was the constant flow of information and videos that made me feel informed and respectedLady on reception checked us in very quickly and made sure we had coffee and answered all our questions.We were kept up to date about our car from the minute we arrived via video & messaging.What was an extra bonus for me was that l bumped into Dominic who is a Motability advisor. Without any hesitation he answered all my questions about the Audi electric car. I ah a lot of reservations about the Q4 but Dominic didn’t brush me off or look at his watch throughout the whole of the time he spent with me. He was very well informed and very knowledgeable with excellent customer care skills, so much so that l have booked an appointment with him to order another Motability car rather than extend my lease further. I can’t thank him or praise him enough - what an asset for Motability he is.
