Great communication from agent

This is my first Audi, coming from VW Lookers down on Scotswood road, the difference is absolutely shocking. From arriving not sure where to leave my car, to entering the showroom and looking around awkwardly to find out what I need to do.The Service guy who I seen was cold, no conversation in him and after I had checked the car in I had to ask where I could wait for a lift as I couldn't see a waiting area (he did point me in the direction though and told me about the coffee machine).I was told to bring my car in first thing this morning, no one even looked at the car until 11:40am, when I mentioned this I was told that the "Audi app isn't up to date and it was taken in earlier" I didn't use the Audi app as I have a tracker installed. I wasn't informed that the car would be taken off site for no reason as there is no mechanical faults with it.I didn't receive the Vehicle Health Check Video until I mentioned it (this is now at 2pm) I was supposed to be traveling down to Bradford tomorrow for work which I've had to cancel. From the offset it was asked if the car can be left there to work on tomorrow, this is before they looked at the car. Again, feels like it was a we will do it if we get around to it type job.When I had the notification to tell me the car had left the garage I Emailed asking why and also noted that the car had been parked back up outside again. Basically asking if anyone is going to look at it again today, this had been parked up for around 1 hour. 10 minutes later, I get a call asking me for my passcode for the car, again strange request but I dont know the ins and outs of these things so ok. The point is here, if I didn't Email asking this would the car still be parked there with the thinking "We can do this tomorrow"?? Could be a coincidence, but the timing is sus.I was heavily expecting Lookers Audi to be similar to Lookers VW, pleasant atmosphere, well looked after and made to feel welcome. Audi is the polar opposite in every aspect, I haven't enjoyed the process so far, I've had to cancel an important meeting in Bradford tomorrow.Something is just off with this place, from the lying about the time the car was getting worked on, not receiving the Vehicle Health Check Video (that has always been sent by other Lookers first thing before any work has been done) and again, taking the vehicle away from the garage which was not required for a boot issue and Pre-Conditioning (not being told that the car will be taken off site has really annoyed me if I'm honest) being told its standard practice for the VHC however VW Lookers never took the car off site unless you had a driving fault or something and you were notifiedGetting a car of this price (Top Spec Q6 Sportback at the time of ordering) I expected a huge improvement on the back end of sales for this type of car.Next time it's due in for a Service or anything i'll be going to Silverlink to see how they fare.

I wondered around the show area of the used cars and not one sales person approached meThe cars were well presented, but nobody to ask questions

December 2023 new car - Customer had paid for Audi extended warranty £520.at the time sales the extended warranty has not been added to system - customer has document to say she has paid - but in the mean time another Audi branch has told/ given customer a screen shot there is no extended warranty for her vehilce on the system - customer is now wanting this added to the extended system and asking for proof this has been done. Customer has sent 3 email James Custance he reply once to customer, but still no outcome -- input Via phone

Jeff sales was a nice man but service felt ok whereas other showrooms, service was outstanding. This added to the experience which meant I chose the other dealership forna car.

Whilst the overall experience was good there were issues when coming to actually get a quotation for a car. I brought in a comparable offer from another brand and was refused a quote unless I was definitely going to purchase the car - not allowing me to take both and consider my options. It all felt forced and I was disappointed enough to move to a totally different brand, having had several Audis in the past.
