Spoke too a lady in the call Centre and she advised that there was a 5 week wait for our local Audi garage but was offered a alternative site which worked better timing wise for us.Fantastic service, was kept in the loop the whole time, Special thanks to my service advisor Jack and too Audi for the parts cover on my Q5.Many thanks

Easy to use so saved time.Great communication once booked, however I wasn’t informed how long the service would take and when asked was told they didn’t know the answer to that (this was a guy, not Lauren).
