The handover was conducted with Dominic O'Sullivan, who I have dealt with for the purchase of my last 4 Audi vehicles from Newcastle Audi and have therefore built up a trusting relationship with. In addition this is my 6th Audi TT, so I am very familiar with that particular model. So overall it was a very straight forward and pleasing experience.

Good job all round! Could do with a paper and cakes at reception coffee machine!All staff very courteous. Identified an oil leak on crankcase gasket. Car valeted to a high level. Alloy wheels cleaned perfectly! Coffee hot.
