Quick and easy to use.Cannot fault the staff for service levels and the premises are very good from the point of view of staying and waiting for your car to be serviced/repaired. Lack of fifth star is as a result of having to wait so long for a booking slot.Customer service is a dying commodity which is surprising as it is both the lifeblood of a business and what differentiates it from its competition. Craig Russell looked after me upon my arrival and regularly kept me informed, whilst explaining everything in a clear, succinct, friendly and positive manner. He is an asset to Newcastle Audi, please thank him for me.
