Staff is extremely compassionate and professional.

The workers who actually who give direct care of the elderly are top notch. It’s the new management that is lacking. The new protocols create a not welcoming atmosphere. The cheap blue /white metal decor clashes with the warm art that was there before. Same with the blue carpet. Instead of spending money on items that were truly not needed, offer more outings or activities or a stylist to come in . This wasn’t a problem in the past and now the focus is on finding ways for fees and reducing services. There is now a fee for using a credit card. Nobody answers the phone. I miss the hospitality and the caring from the old management.

So blessed to have found NBMC for my mother. Such caring staff with a friendly upbeat environment that encourages interaction within the community.

I want a monthly report on my family member to include vital signs, weight, dates of visits by Dr, Podiatrist, dental, showers, skin, Reports on mood, behavior, participation in activities. Digital and/ hard cpu report
