Lack of mechanics. Very disappointingStop underpaying your mechanics. Especially when they are your money makers. Now you put us under a big inconvenience with no more saturday appointments. Then you offer no spare car for us to leave ours their. How are we supposed to get to work?

The service manager who was not there to look at the brakes said he would not put them under warranty. There is no way brakes should wear out in 23000 miles.

If a service manager is going to give an answer on weather something should be covered under warranty he should be there to look at it.You have my email. Send me a message. I would like to talk with a person from Mitsubishi.The process was ok. I was extremely mad. Paid for something that should have been covered under warranty. It is a problem. Shouldn't need rear brakes every 23000 miles.
