This service department staff deserves praise and a raise. They are the absolute best.Outstanding and courteous service. I'm proud to be a owner and the service staff is outstanding and went above and beyond .

Part time hat was ordered, didn’t fitI mentioned beforeBefore returning the vehicle make sure everything is in good shapeWhen picking up my vehicle, a break light shows in the panel and that wasn’t the reason I took there.I’ll recommend because wasn’t too many people waiting for service

I already typed that aboveI'm always unsure where to park or pull in because the parking lot is so tight. Wasn't sure if I should pull vehicle in because it didn't say if here for service pull up to automatic door to open and pull in.I didn't have needs for him to meet but what he said he was going to do as far as call me after he spoke to Henry about the rotors has not been done and that was 2 weeks ago.As I said above only a third of my appt time was scheduled which was the oil change.Not really happy with my purchase. I got rid of my old vehicle and into a new vehicle for reliability and convenience. I have not found that experience buying from your business.I was not aware that why I was there they would be inspecting other things and was brought in a dirty dash filter so felt had to replace it. Thought I was there for oil change only and they said oh you're here for recall? No I was there for oil change but did the recall while I was there because it's not really convenient for the oil changes and the issue of the shims I had told them about when I made the appt and then the recall sat 2+ hours.

I was satisfied.As I mentioned, the car has been there three or four times now and each time has been there quite a while. I know it's not always their fault, and maybe I should be dissatisfied with Mitsubishi overall for not having the needed parts more easily and quickly available. However, the diagnosis process has obviously not been great, either, and again, I don't know who's to blame for that; I just know that all the diagnoses and fixes so far have not resulted in the light staying off, and I'm tired of dumping money into it.Parking is abysmalThe light is still coming on.I am just guessing at these—my husband did all the picking up and dropping off.My husband was asked and gave them his phone number, but for some reason, the dealer kept calling my cell number. I was usually in class and could not answer it.I do not know if these answers are correct. My husband is the one who dealt with the staff.

Sales representatives need more training and communication skillsNo problem with the service department. Always an issue with salesSales person when you pick up your vehicle after hours never know what’s going on. 3rd time a sales representative acted like they couldn’t explain or call the manager regarding unexpected charges. The pick up process is supposed to be easy and convenient, not stressful. Over 200 dollars of extra charges one time and can’t explain why, couldn’t call anyone, just took my card and swiped away. This pass time the same thing, $20 in extra charges that couldn’t be explained at the time. I should’ve used my judgement and went to my local mechanic if I was going to be charged over than what was discussed at the time I dropped off the car.
