Only blemish - not sure why it took almost 30 minutes before the doctor arrived to talk. For a 9am appointment that seems odd. Otherwise the doctor did well to listen to the concerns, review the info and explain options. I appreciate his calm manner, and I got the sense that he's had this conversation with plenty of folks before and that this is a comfortable situation for him.
