Dr. Nigel Azer always takes excellent care of my old joints. I have recommended him to several friends for knee replacement. And he is good at reassuring me that pains will go away and how to treat them. I enjoy seeing him.

From the well appointed building interior to the courteous, polite and pleasant greeters at the front desk and then to Dr.Azer and his awesome staff…I could not ask for nothing more. I was so pleased with Dr. Azer’s consult and the thorough information provided by Eboni to help me plan and schedule my knee surgery.

Casey answered my questions, administered a C shot in my knee, & discussed scheduling knee surgery in Mar ‘25. Couldn’t recommend Azer’s practice more highly. Learned of him by chance when I arrived at Inova MV Hospital ER with severely fractured R femur and he was the OS on call! Lucky me! Great doc & great staff!!

Beautiful facility! Curious to know why it is that there is no MRI equipment on site. MRI and CT are imperative diagnostic tools, so why isn’t there equipment to facilitate these necessary scans? Scheduling with external providers is time consuming, difficult and wastes time that could be used to start treatment

The front desk staff are professional and greet you upon entry. Dr. Azer’s medical staff are the best!
