I have to travel so far away, and have issues with transportation. Concern with my health issue. Trying to get authorization from DOL for my treatment.

Ease of scheduling, helpfulness of staff, expertise of doctor, time taken with patient was generous and informative.

Left knee replacement at 4pm & staying over the night was rough because nerve block stoped working in route home before getting to pharmacy😞 painful! However, Ebony was able to schedule R knee replacement early morning and I got home w/ nerve block still working and got prescriptions… Thank for the efficiency, excellent care, & EBONY ❤️

The only problem that I had was when scheduling an appointment I had difficulty hearing the person I was talking to.

The information given about my progress was great to hear. His delivery was great and welcomed. It gave me an additional push to keep working hard.
