I have been a patient of the Anderson Clinic on and off for a few years. Dr. Azer and his assistants are always consummate professionals. The are cordial, prompt, I experience a short wait time and they answer all of my questions. However, my first initial visit with Dr. Engh was a different experience. Dr. Engh was great when I came to the office for the visit. However, I have left several messages and his assistants never returned my messages by phone or email. This is very unprofessional. Dr. Engh assistants needs to take a page out of the book of Dr. Azer's assistants.
