Norte Town Lake was the BEST place I have ever lived.

Everything was just perfect. The best to find for an apartment. Will definitely move back in if having the chance in the future

The front office was super helpful throughout the entire move out process. Let us use the moving dolly for multiple days.

The community and the environment at Norte is absolutely beautiful. Always helpful and kind and the leasing staff focuses on building relationships which made everything feel so much more like home.

The property is good. the management team is good. The main reason I moved out is that this apartment is close to the street, where people race at night, and it is too noisy. another reason is the raised renew rent

This is a great apartment complex and community. I really enjoyed living here

The garage was my biggest issue, gate never worked, felt very insecure, hated the below ground parking

Norte is amazing place to live! However the leasing office staff is terrible. They are two of most unprofessional employees I have ever met. The day after my move they called me 21 times in 3 hours for keys. They used my emergency contact list and scared my daughter to death. They actually also entered my apartment illegally two times. So immature that they were actually calling me on MULTIPLE LINES AT SAME TIME!!!! Both of these employees need to be terminated immediately!!! Fairfield and Norte should be ashamed of these employees! Oh and almost forgot…THE LEASING OFFICE SHARED MY PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFO WITH ONE OF MY NEIGHBORS!!!!
