I loved the room tours and also the layouts, as well as the natural lighting In the rooms. We also liked the location of the community being that it’s right outside Tempe with lots to do nearby.

I am very interested in leasing at Norte town lake, and I think Arianna did a great job in showing me around the building.

Something needs to be done about the people on the 5th floor. They are loud and obnoxious and keep me and others up late, they don’t understand the concept of “quiet hours”It’s so inconsiderate. At times I wanna go up there and bang on their door and tell them what assholes they are but fortunately I’m in control of my emotions. This has been an issue for almost 2 years now and I’m over it.

This complex is amazing. The staff, management, apartments, amenities, and the friends you make here provide so of a reason to stay. Lived here for 3 years and I don’t want to leave!

1 and 2. I loved the apartment complex and location. It felt like some of the amenities were unavailable for some period of time quite frequently (pool, garage gate, gym, elevator constantly broken). My roommate and I had quite a few noise disturbances. I do not think the issue was handled well with the front office. However, the updated floor plans, views, and accessibility were a real show stopper.3. My roommate and I received zero move-out communication other than the day of to respond that we have vacated the unit.

Still here noise super late sometimes but I’ve given up about it. I’ve learned to live with it

Please fix the TV on roof top and the grill bittons/ igniter is messed up also i spend alot of time up there. Thank you.
