The property is good. the management team is good. The main reason I moved out is that this apartment is close to the street, where people race at night, and it is too noisy. another reason is the raised renew rent

The garage was my biggest issue, gate never worked, felt very insecure, hated the below ground parking

Norte is amazing place to live! However the leasing office staff is terrible. They are two of most unprofessional employees I have ever met. The day after my move they called me 21 times in 3 hours for keys. They used my emergency contact list and scared my daughter to death. They actually also entered my apartment illegally two times. So immature that they were actually calling me on MULTIPLE LINES AT SAME TIME!!!! Both of these employees need to be terminated immediately!!! Fairfield and Norte should be ashamed of these employees! Oh and almost forgot…THE LEASING OFFICE SHARED MY PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFO WITH ONE OF MY NEIGHBORS!!!!

I gave it this rating because of the people who work here. They have always been extremely nice to me and handle things quickly.

I moved in May 2020 when it was still Jefferson Town Lake. I Had some issues initially with getting the comps I had been promised, but other than that, the new management had been pretty reliable in updating the property and the overall day-to-day operations. In Jan 2022, my rent was raised by over $400 a month, along with most properties in the area. The new management is very corporate and seems only concerned with making money. Bianca, the main manager, cannot really be trusted. Make sure you get any conversation with her in writing as she often will change the conversation around to benefit the complex. Juan was great to work with, and I often tried to deal with him on most things without any issues. I moved out last week (July 6) and planned on writing a fairly positive review until I received two calls from a collection agency today (July 14). On July 1, I paid all of my July dues, as shown in my account. Before I left, I cleaned the apartment from top to bottom and left my keys as instructed. The debt collectors they sold my debt to (debt I was not made aware of) are ruthless, even calling my mom after moving out not even a week ago with a zero balance. I received no communication from Norte stating I owed anything further or that anything was wrong with the move-out. Upon looking at my account, they billed me on July 11 for several random charges totaling almost $200 and instantly sent them to collections. What an unprofessional and greedy way of ending a tenant/renter relationship. After this experience, I will never lease from Norte Town Lake or any Fairfield Residential property again and advise you to steer clear. I plan on fighting the charges, and thankfully, I took pictures of the apartment showing the condition before I left. Renters beware.

Overall the experience was great. I only gave it 4 stars due to the fire alarm/sprinkler issues and the fact that a lot of tenants liked to race through the garage on a daily basis.
