Loved the area, loved the simplicity of check in and check out, loved the quick communication. Where it lacked for me was cleanliness of space we rented. Dirty or stained sheets/pillow cases, dirty toilet seats, trash in the bathroom garbage, dirty walls and base boards, but didnt spend a lot of time in unit to make it that much of a problem as we were spending time out in and around the area. Also not informed that the pool was not operational during our stay which is one main reason we booked this one and probably would've booked somewhere else knowing this information leaving a slightly sour taste in our mouth.

I loved the room tours and also the layouts, as well as the natural lighting In the rooms. We also liked the location of the community being that it’s right outside Tempe with lots to do nearby.

I am very interested in leasing at Norte town lake, and I think Arianna did a great job in showing me around the building.

Something needs to be done about the people on the 5th floor. They are loud and obnoxious and keep me and others up late, they don’t understand the concept of “quiet hours”It’s so inconsiderate. At times I wanna go up there and bang on their door and tell them what assholes they are but fortunately I’m in control of my emotions. This has been an issue for almost 2 years now and I’m over it.

This complex is amazing. The staff, management, apartments, amenities, and the friends you make here provide so of a reason to stay. Lived here for 3 years and I don’t want to leave!

1 and 2. I loved the apartment complex and location. It felt like some of the amenities were unavailable for some period of time quite frequently (pool, garage gate, gym, elevator constantly broken). My roommate and I had quite a few noise disturbances. I do not think the issue was handled well with the front office. However, the updated floor plans, views, and accessibility were a real show stopper.3. My roommate and I received zero move-out communication other than the day of to respond that we have vacated the unit.
