1 and 2. I loved the apartment complex and location. It felt like some of the amenities were unavailable for some period of time quite frequently (pool, garage gate, gym, elevator constantly broken). My roommate and I had quite a few noise disturbances. I do not think the issue was handled well with the front office. However, the updated floor plans, views, and accessibility were a real show stopper. 3. My roommate and I received zero move-out communication other than the day of to respond that we have vacated the unit.

Norte Town Lake was the BEST place I have ever lived.

Everything was just perfect. The best to find for an apartment. Will definitely move back in if having the chance in the future

The front office was super helpful throughout the entire move out process. Let us use the moving dolly for multiple days.

The community and the environment at Norte is absolutely beautiful. Always helpful and kind and the leasing staff focuses on building relationships which made everything feel so much more like home.

The property is good. the management team is good. The main reason I moved out is that this apartment is close to the street, where people race at night, and it is too noisy. another reason is the raised renew rent

The garage was my biggest issue, gate never worked, felt very insecure, hated the below ground parking
