This complex is amazing. The staff, management, apartments, amenities, and the friends you make here provide so of a reason to stay. Lived here for 3 years and I don’t want to leave!

1 and 2. I loved the apartment complex and location. It felt like some of the amenities were unavailable for some period of time quite frequently (pool, garage gate, gym, elevator constantly broken). My roommate and I had quite a few noise disturbances. I do not think the issue was handled well with the front office. However, the updated floor plans, views, and accessibility were a real show stopper.3. My roommate and I received zero move-out communication other than the day of to respond that we have vacated the unit.

Still here noise super late sometimes but I’ve given up about it. I’ve learned to live with it

Please fix the TV on roof top and the grill bittons/ igniter is messed up also i spend alot of time up there. Thank you.

I hear loud music and banging sometimes. Sometimes the loud music is at 3 am and it wakes me up and people are moving furniture for like 20 minutes straight for some reason. Besides that I think its pretty good

Kaitlin and Kody are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond every single day with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.The maintenance team is always so responsive, helpful, and willing to lend a hand, which brings such peace of mind. And the event planning team puts so much heart and creativity into everything they do, making every gathering feel special and memorable. I am so grateful for each of them—they truly make this community feel like home.

It’s been great living at Norte Town Lake. The staff is always super friendly and give really quick responses if I ever need anything. 10/10 would recommend!
