The community and the environment at Norte is absolutely beautiful. Always helpful and kind and the leasing staff focuses on building relationships which made everything feel so much more like home.

I’ve sent emails regarding blaring saftey concerns due to Fairfield subcontractors blocking the entrance to the garage, also asking to speak to a regional manager on this matter and I have been ignored.Something is always broken, grills don’t work, elevators are broken, tiles falling off the walls in the courtyard, garage gate is broken for months on end with no increase to the security or camera presence.During the recent court yard renovation, the subcontractors doing the work left huge messes on patios and ruined my patio furniture, put up plastic over my patio door blocking access to my patio, subcontractors used my patio to put scaffolding planks in between rails, left their power tools hanging off my patio rails, court yard was left a mess. Really seems like there is absolutely no supervision when or coordination when subcontractors show up, they park in guest spots till late hours of the night, trucks with large trailers holding carpet just park in the parking garage taking up half of the access into the garage and blocking parking spots, landscaping sub parks in front of the garage gate blocking access.

Kody was really friendly and knowledgeable and the facilities and everything were very impressive and well kept. All of the residents we ran into on the tour were also very nice!

Super clean inside, nice amenities, and Kody J was great and answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect unit.
