During the recent renovations there was very little notice of the extent of the renovations and how much would be impacting a tenants day to day life. There was no mention or notice of vendors going on my patio, my patio furniture was covered in dust and debris for multiple days and had to say something to management in order to get it cleaned off but ultimately my furniture was ruined, no notice that my patio would be inaccessible and covered in plastic and not usable, no notice of vendors working early morning hours on Sundays using power tools. When I reached out to the leasing office about this I was completely ignored and made to feel like my experience doesn’t matter and feels that the precedence has been set that vendors and leasing staff can do whatever they want and hire who ever they want and provide no oversight to ensure vendors are not in violation of osha and ADOSH regulations and standards in regards to scaffolding. Something is always broken at the complex, especially the parking garage gate and the parking garage being left un secured and no increase in security patrols and additional cameras which creates an unsafe environment for tenants which lead to multiple vehicles being broken into and items stolen, the leasing office was very uncooperative with the tenants and being able to help with camera footage and getting the gate fixed in a timely manner after MULTIPLE residents cars had been broken into. I have personally seen on multiple occasions random people who look homeless in the parking garage early in the mornings and late at night when going to and from work.

There really should be a cut off time for loud music. The person above me is constantly blasting music after midnight all the time. I’ve called security multiple times. Literally only thing I have an issue with. Everything else is amazing

When things are broken like the elevator or the front door, it takes a very, very long time to fix anything. I’ve asked multiple times for certain areas to be cleaned and they haven’t. Seems like the property is only interested in doing the bare minimum. Fire alarms go off all the time for no reason. There has been multiple break-ins on P2 and P3, and there has been no effort to heighten security. It would be nice to have some thing as small as a coffee station. They’re very little amenities outside of the small gym and pool. The rooftop is worse and dirtier than before the renovation.. the tiles are so uneven and some are loose. Overall not super happy with what we are charged for living in a “luxury apartment” . Also packages are left out of the lockers all the time in the garage and we are not notified. Anyone could take them

The property is good. the management team is good. The main reason I moved out is that this apartment is close to the street, where people race at night, and it is too noisy.another reason is the raised renew rent

The last 4 months, things seem to be broken for longer. The floors and wall are dirtier than ever. The 2nd floor smells horrible consistently from the elevator 1 to the courtyard.
