The property is good. the management team is good.The main reason I moved out is that this apartment is close to the street, where people race at night, and it is too noisy.another reason is the raised renew rent

The last 4 months, things seem to be broken for longer. The floors and wall are dirtier than ever. The 2nd floor smells horrible consistently from the elevator 1 to the courtyard.
