We really liked our stay at North at Totemlake, we had to move out for staying close to the work. The maintenance team was super attentive and quick. Nice location !

We had the best time living here but unfortunately due to job changes we had to break the lease early.

The apartment itself was comfortable and modern. We had few issues during our time living there. The price was too high for us to continue our tenancy, especially given the small size of our 1-bedroom. The apartment complex was subject to frequent issues with the parking garage and fire alarms, which created some unpleasant situations, and package theft was rampant and unaddressed. Totem Lake is a clean and well-maintained area that I enjoyed living at, though the cost of living was too high for us in the end. Our move-out costs were quite high and lack sufficient justification, considering how thoroughly we cleaned the apartment.

The leasing office is one of the most inefficient, unorganized, and disrespectful offices I have ever dealt with.
