It was a remarkable experience from start to finish, probably the best I have ever had any dental office. So professional, so thorough, everyone so calm and confident and unhurried. Dr. Kim was precise in his diagnosis and expert in his solution to my problem.

I went to your office due to a broken tooth that was ultimately removed and then an implant was attempted but failed. Dr Kim is a very skilled provider but he's very matter of fact and doesn't spend much time explaining anything. His approach to me was basically " we'll pull the tooth, wait 4 months, put in the stud, wait four months and then you can go to your dentist and get the implant". He never gave any indication that there was any difficulty or complexity with my situation. When I went back to get cleared for the implant and he determined the stud failed, he talked about how tight the gap in my teeth was and how it was difficult to put the stud in (this was the first I ever heard of any difficulty). Only when the stud failed did he mention other options such as a bridge, braces, etc. Full disclosure, if he had mentioned those options up front, I probably would have still gone with the implant or whatever he advised, I was just disappointed that those options were brought up after the fact. Part of that is on me for not asking questions, but I was comfortable with Dr Kim's abilities and relying on the expert in the room.I put a 6 down for if I'd recommend the practice. I would recommend you guys with the caveat that Dr Kim gets straight to the point and to be prepared with questions. Also when I came in to get the stud removed, I was anxious about how the billing was going to go. You guys proactively told me you were refunding part of my previous out of pocket expenses. I thought that was fair and really appreciated it. I'll also share that with others. If you have any further questions, feel free to call or email me, I don't need to be anonymous.Mike Don 360 661 1920

For the most part it was excellent. However, when I mentioned that I had a tooth chip staff member was not sympathetic. And they do not remedy that, it's up to a dentistTo fix it.

I canβt think of anything which would improve my experience except that I need to take better care of my teeth in the first place so that I possibly would not have needed the oral surgery.in the first place!May you all have a blessed Christmas season and be encouraged that you are needed. Thanks again for excellent care. It has been three 24 hour days since surgery was completed. I am still following instructions carefully and already feeling the healing difference of having three infected teeth removed. ππ
