One large area and while I was waiting there were very loud people and kids screaming. I love kids but should not have to sit and listen to kids screaming and crying. Please take that customer some where else like a separate office or area.I decided to switch vehicles in was looking at to get better financing. I was in shock over how far my credit score dropped due to recent divorce. They took the steps to call the bank and explain the situation and got me the financing I needed. I told the sales person this was the most important part. That was amazing to me.They do not talk about the actual price of the vehicle. If I did not need a new vehicle I would have walked away but I was desperate.The people very nice but not forth coming about extensive delays. And honestly there was not need for me to waste so much time.I went in one evening when I had time. It took time to find out I qualified for special financing. I needed to leave after being there for over two hours. I requested to sign paperwork electronically and was told that would happen. The next day the paperwork never showed electronically. Then I was told it would be quick to sign. Waiting almost 1.5 hours to sign paperwork is not quick in any dictionary I know. I had an appointment time to come back to dealership and pick up vehicle.Made an appointment to test drive a vehicle. It was to be ready for when I got there. Meet salesman, he disappeared for 35 mins, I had no idea what was going on. No one said anything to me. He had to find the vehicle then charge the battery. Inform the customer why they are waiting.The website showed a price and then listed savings. So it appeared the price was reduced because it was a 2025 model. But that was not true it was for rebate which you cannot get if you take financing deal. The website should state that specifically, it is very misleading.
