I think if I was a mechanic walking into the shop on Monday the shop in hole it's like walking in to a dungeon floor could have been sweep, scrubbed. Give them something to shop up for to motivate them look at there faces when they come through the door!Anthony is Great

Didn’t know where to park for serAn oil change and tire rotation ended upCosting me $139 and I was told it would be $118 which was still $40 more than other dealerships I’ve been to. Way too expensiveHe said that he would try to put in a one time warranty for the door trim piece and get back with me and it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything from him

On top of the late completion time, my car was blocked by a van delivering tires. The Selfish driver saw me sitting there and did not move his van. Finally, after more than 15 minutes, I mangaed to move my car out of the service dept.

Wasn't sure where to go for the garage, we asked somebody outside and he helped us out. Not a problem! Just giving feedback. It was well organized, by staff, but could be cleaner, though i know it's a garage.Customer service was very friendly and kind. Even offered to give us a ride to and from restaurant but we enjoyed the walk, while we waited for our car to get fixed.

When I arrived at 8:15am the door was locked to get in the main entrance. Had to go in the service door.

Anthony was very customer focused, kept me informed and made sure my car’s problems were taken care of for the long term
