When i first called to schedule dates were offered and I chose Tuesday at 10:30. The scheduler said he would send me an email to confirm. It had the wrong day and time..so I had to call again and then they never deleted the incorrect date so I got several reminders about my "wrong appt date" so I had to call again to tell them I would not be there that day and to delete it and I would be there the day I scheduled. It's clear some training might be in order in the scheduling dept.Service was quick ,efficient and the check in was friendly and answered our questions . Directed us to waiting area and offered beverages. We were in and out in a about a half hour.
