Two hours for an oil change is ridiculous.Not much was said before or after. Keys were taken and given back after a request for my signature.No paper mats were put down even though it was raining. My factory mats were muddy. I wasn’t walked to my vehicle, I had to search for it after being told it was out the door to the left. There are plenty of identical cars like mine there, l had to hit my door locks to find my car.I was told services were complete but I still had to wait another five minutes for a last minute change that had been forgotten.

Everything was done professionally quickly. And an information of what was done was explained. Thank you, Mitsubishi.They were prompt, professional, and courteous

I received a receipt that showed my parts were only $63 but I paid for parts before service that was $419. This was not included on my paperwork completion and I want to see a full breakdown on every part cost and laborDeanna was great
