MITSUBISHI'S SALESMAN MIKE HUDSON CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS AND GIVES A+ quality service.Excellent customer service. Time was spent going over the vehiicle thourouhghly before we drove off the lot. All questions were answered regarding financing.

Poor waiting timeAgain, waiting 2 1/2 hours for a car that had an earlier appointment is not courteous to the customerAs mentioned, we waited 2 1/2 hours before they took the car back so no it was not timelyYes they did but two problems, one you couldn’t book a month out. Too even with the appointment, we waited 2 1/2 hours for our car to be taken back!

I had scheduled a 1:20 appointment when I got my text it was 2:00 so I text to let someone know that I had just gotten off the phone with someone and made a 1:20 appointment so the lady said it was 2:00 I said well if it's 2:00 I will have to reschedule then later on someone text me and said 1:20This dealership has gotten a lot better since I first visited I always took my vehicle to the west side until both of them closed and my comparison is that the Mentor & Middleburg Hts were much betterI wasn't going to get any more work done plus I just brought my car in for recall the 3 items they said were wrong with my car only one was wrong I took it somewhere else that's the second time they've done that to meThe text that I received said for me to be on the left side of the building with my car I sat over there for a while nobody came out so I drove into the parking lot and went inside and explained to the lady that I was sitting on the side of the building because that's what the text said and she said oh it should not have said thatI asked for a multi-point inspection she was extremely extremely busy I had to wait on someone else to help me
