I received a text message after leaving the dealership and was already halfway home when I was informed that the inspection revealed four failed items requiring immediate attention and one item marked as cautionary. I was not notified of these issues when my vehicle was completed from the recall service.While I appreciate that the inspection was performed, I was not given the option to address the immediate items at that time or even offered the chance to schedule an appointment. Reading the text afterward made me anxious, and once I returned to my office, I began trying to arrange for these repairs since, in my opinion, urgent issues should be handled as soon as possible.I believe the dealership needs to improve communication in this process and allow customers the opportunity to decide when to have the work completed or to make an appointment before leaving. This is especially important given that the dealership is already 30 minutes away from both my home and workplace."Customer service is efficient and respects the customer’s time.
