Ellie kept me posted on the progress if my vehicle. Even when she couldn't reach me she kept trying to till she got a hold of me. Love the dedicationAppointment was about a week later than what I neededI've never had a problem with this location. this time I left my car there because they had to order a part. The oart came in early sibtherefore I git my car back sooner than expected.

Had appointment at 8 am lot was not open to enter had to drive around waiting for them to move car that securing lotMy driver seat cushion keeps coming undone i guess bad clips which parts are on order. And my seat is loose which I hope is fixedThe hours for service are inconvenient. I work 9 to 5 and live 45 minutes to an hour away. So I have to schedule a 8 am and be late for work . I would be nice to have a Saturday appointment but your dealership doesn't do that. And I have to schedule 2 weeks ahead of timeI usually wait cause I live 45 minutes away and have to go to work aterService people were great but the text you received about instructions before your appointment was confusing telling you the wrong side of building
