I explained , I had tire sensors tested at discount tire. They found 1 was bad. I explained this and which one. All the guy did was a reset which doesn't correct the problem . Been going on since I bought the car.

The service manager at North Coast Cleveland Jack Skrant was incredibly helpful and professional. Jack went above and beyond to make sure our car was serviced correctly and the problems were resolved. He recognized the car was not preforming correctly and immediately handled it. The first dealer we went to (Bedford Mitsubishi) could not recognize the car needed a new engine because it was going through WAY too much oil. I'm so glad we went to North Coast Cleveland for a second opinion because they were so professional and handled the problem.We received the best service at North Coast Mitsubishi-Cleveland. Our Eclipse was going through all its oil in between oil changes. Over a quart of oil every 1000 miles. We first had an oil consumption test at another dealership (Bedford Mitsubishi) and they tried to tell us that was NORMAL oil consumption. So, we then took the car to North Coast Mitsubishi for a second opinion, and they were willing to actually fix the problem and recognize that is NOT normal oil consumption. The car needed an entire new motor. I really appreciate North Coast had highly trained mechanics to recognize the problem unlike the first dealer we went to (Bedford).

Jack was awesome with helping me out with my oil pan issue that was caused by a different Mitsubishi dealership. Really took care of me.
