Paul the service manager is an absolute gem of person and made feel so appreciated for my business with them and thoroughly made sure that all of my questions were answered with in depth & enthusiasm. He made sure that my mobile was properly serviced and went out of his way to help me with a defect. He made my first service experience 5 star. Was never told what the grinding issue even was , when vehicle was picked up and dropped off no everyone was clueless what was done. Unsure whether anything was resolved, a free oil change doesn’t correct the incompetence

Hood was popped and I didkt even get anything done that needed my hood popped it was the steering wheel panel volume they ordered in Akron / oil change promo no tire rotation nor air in tires in Parma …Good was popped as drivng down highway at 60 found this out

Mitsubishi was amazing and so was the service provider. The word of mouth that I had received prior to arriving at the facility was not so good; however, I made an informed decision for myself that mechanics are just as knowledgeable as these service advisors so I thank you for your service.The service advisors were busy upon my arrival but they took time to inform me that I was next to be serviced. Once serviced Brett was amazing with his knowledge and advice of repair. Truly amazing person.

Leaving a note on it did not get communicatedThey had to pick up my vehicle then drop it off after actually completing itNo multi point inspection details were provided. Was told my brakes couldn’t be looked at day of.Was told my brakes couldn’t be looked at today due to needing to move it somewhere elseWrote numbers on my tires to prove rotation, was not provided. Asked brake noise to be looked at incase under warranty , was told couldn’t be looked at day of. After they sent someone to pick up and return my vehicle. Obviously adding more miles, and upon return my writing on tires was erased with what looked to be oil effectively covering proof of rotation
