I was there for an oil change and arrived before my scheduled time and still waited 3 hoursRude, nonchalant and walked away from checking me out another worker did but he was pleasant3 hours to an oil changeI’m not returning to this Mitsubishi for anything and anyone that mentions this dealership I’m going to let them know how rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate of customers time, and what a rip off this location is. The waiting room has not exit nearby and overall I got an aggressive vibe from some of the men working there.

The soonest available Saturday opening was at least two weeks to schedule.Parking lot was extremely full, and had difficulty finding a empty space. Never asked about WIFI, but I'm rather certain it would've been offered.Had to search the lot for my vehicle.Not sure if a multi-point inspection was done. I was mostly concerned with completing my service needs.Only 1 service coordinator available, and he was still helping address a customer's concern.
