The representative on the phone confirmed my appointment. However when I showed up there was nothing in the system. Luckily the staff were very accommodating and accepted my car anyways.A much better experience than last time. Thank you

I didn't have an appointment but still they got me in and diagnosed the problem in a very reasonable time. as I walked thru the showroom everyone was very helpful and wanted to know if I was being helped. I will keep this in mind when I need more assistance with my vehicle.
