Sales consultant did a great job, however, it was dark by the time I actually for to see the car I wanted. Got home and found that the front passenger rim had a large scratch on it, which I notified the dealership but nothing came of it. So I have a brand new car that doesn't look very new. It was dirty and was washed with a greasy rag - windows included.The manager claimed to have made an error with the numbers, increasing the cost over $150. Negotiations brought it down, but I was treated as though I was the one who made the error. Very rude and disrespectful.Sales rep, Jay, was excellent. He was patient and attentive, while answering all questions. I would give a 10 but the manager misran numbers causing a major difference in the price, causing additional time and unnecessary negotiations. When the final paperwork came, the numbers were higher than agreed to and it had to be changed as well. The detailing was a joke. For a car with only 200 miles on it, I should not be finding a random sock under the seat. The windows had a greasy film on them that almost caused an accident the first time the sun hit them. I had to pull over and manually scrub the hell out of them.
