The only reason I was fast and easy was because I contacted the manager supervisor and he told me I can bring it in that day to drop off. He gave me a loaner and then I picked up the car today which is December 31.The service advisor had no other choice, but to be somewhat courteous because he didnât wanna lose his job, but he was not helpfulThe car was clean because I kept it clean and as I stated earlier, the car smelled like dirty feet and as if the person that may have driven a car or sat in my seat, never showered in their lifetimeCommunication is the key for all things. I specifically told the person that I will be back today, December 31 to pick up my car. I understand that it is an almost holiday, but if they wouldâve opened their mouth and called and said hey, weâre pretty slow today. Do you think youâll be able to come and get the car then we couldâve figured something out but instead I drive all the way there just to see that the gate was closed and then they had the audacity to come and tell me that whoever locked it, they donât know where the key isNot knowing if the recalls were actually completed, my car smells like dirty and BO!Really hesitant about having services done there. I do not have time to be going multiple times for something that I specifically asked to be done that day.
